Command line

Run the CLI as rev0 (a binary or an installed package) or as uv run -m rev0.cli from a source checkout. The ticket commands talk to a running board; point them at another one with REV0_API=http://host:port. Pass --help to any command for its options.

Running the board

Command	What it does
serve	Run the API and UI server (the board). --with-runner also runs agents, --reload restarts on source changes, --rebuild forces a fresh frontend build, --host 0.0.0.0 with --auth-token makes it reachable from a phone.
run	Run the runner on its own, as an alternative to serve --with-runner.
mcp	Run the stdio MCP server, usually spawned by Claude Code through mcp.json.

Tickets

Command	What it does
list	List tickets, optionally by status.
show	Show a ticket with its full activity timeline.
create	Create a ticket, in To Do by default. --status backlog parks it; --mode plan_required, --mode flow_plan or --mode spa_plan requires sign-off first. --priority takes low, medium (the default), high or urgent; --parent, --base-branch, --model, --create-pr and --auto-merge set the rest.
edit	Edit a ticket’s fields (title, description, mode, model, workdir, assignee, base branch, PR options). Only the options you pass change.
claim	Claim a ticket, moving it to In Progress.
status	Set a ticket’s status. --interrupt stops a live Loop run and moves it anyway, keeping its resume checkpoint.
plan	Attach a plan from a file or -m text, moving the ticket to Pending Action.
comment	Add a comment to a ticket.
subticket	Create a subticket under a human-created parent, in To Do by default.
tag	Add one or more tags; known tags sort the ticket into a column (see Columns, modes and tags).
notify	Raise a request for action on a ticket, moving it to Pending Action with a notification.
tags	List every tag in use, with counts.
notifications	List notifications.

Maintenance

Command	What it does
skills	A command group. rev0 skills sync installs every board skill into each engine’s skill folder (the board also does it on startup; running it twice changes nothing), rev0 skills uninstall removes every link the board installed and nothing else, and rev0 skills reach shows which engine can reach each installed skill.
dump-config	Print everything composing this board: engines, integrations, Loop node types, agent tools, the runner’s prompt and hook chains in order, and what loaded plugins publish. Needs no running server.
quality-gate	Check coverage, CRAP score, complexity and lint against the board’s code quality settings, exiting non-zero on any breach. Runs as a verification check in a ticket’s worktree, and by hand.
install-rtk	Install the pinned rtk binary once into <repo>/.rtk/bin.
install-ponytail	Clone the pinned ponytail plugin once into <repo>/.ponytail.
seed-demo	Fill an empty board with neutral demo tickets about a fictional app, for a first look or a screenshot. It refuses a board that already has tickets, so point REV0_DB at a throwaway file first: REV0_DB=/tmp/demo.db uv run rev0 seed-demo, then serve with the same variable.
seed-kb-spaces	Create the Knowledge Base’s six starter spaces. It does nothing when any space exists already.
externalize-images	One-off migration: move inline base64 images in old tickets out to /uploads files. Safe to re-run.
