Find and reuse what agents made

Find and reuse what agents made when you want the report, the chart or the page a ticket produced, today or months later. You end with the file previewed, found again from the Artifacts space, or kept as an app you launch from the header.

An artifact is a file or a link an agent registers on its ticket as a deliverable. The board keeps its own copy of a file, so it survives the worktree being cleaned up.

  1. Open the ticket. Its Artifacts section lists what the agent registered, newest first, and the same cards appear on the timeline where they were added.
  2. With several, narrow the list with the type filter (All types) or change the order (Newest first, Name (A-Z), Largest first, …).
  3. On a card, click Show preview, then Expand for a larger view.

Web pages (.html)The page itself, in a sandbox.

3D models (.stl, .3mf, .step, …)A 3D viewer, plus Open in Bambu Studio (see Print a 3D model).

Any other fileA download link.
  1. Click Open to open the file in a new tab, or Download to save it.

Result: you read what the agent made without leaving the ticket. The X on a card removes it from the ticket.

  1. In the header, click Artifacts (or press 4).
  2. Type in Search by file name, description or ticket…: every word must match.
  3. Narrow it with the type, board and sort filters, or tick Include archived to search archived tickets too.

Result: every artifact of every ticket on every board, as cards with the same previews. Each card names its board and ticket; click the ticket to open it. The header’s search box finds artifacts too, in its Artifacts group.

A self-contained HTML page (a calculator, a dashboard, a converter) can outlive its ticket as an app.

  1. In the ticket, under the HTML artifact, click Save as app.
  2. Give it a Name, and optionally a Description and an Icon.
  3. Click Save app.

Result: “Saved to App Space”. The board keeps its own copy, so the app stays even if you delete the ticket.

  1. In the header, open More actions and click App Space.
  2. Click an app to launch it, or Open in new tab.

Result: the page runs in a sandbox: it cannot reach the board, your session or its data, and a page that loads sibling files by relative path will not find them (anything from a CDN works). To add a page that never was an artifact, click Add app and choose the .html file (25 MB at most). The icons on a card edit or delete it.

The App Space is on by default; App Space in Settings > Automation > Board features hides it. Only you, from the browser, can add or change apps: agents cannot.

To send one artifact to someone without access to the board, turn on Allow sharing artifacts publicly in Settings > Automation > Public sharing, then click Share publicly on the artifact. The link, its lifetime and how to stop it are in Share a deliverable publicly.

An agent says it made a file but the ticket has no artifact

Section titled “An agent says it made a file but the ticket has no artifact”

The agent wrote the file but did not register it. Reply on the ticket and ask it to register the file as an artifact; it can pass a file path or a URL.

Save as app takes an .html page only. Keep other files as artifacts, or download them.
