1. Ownership. rev0 (the "Software"), in source and binary form, is proprietary
   and confidential. It is licensed, not sold. The rev0 Authors (the "Licensor")
   keep all rights, title and interest in it. No rights are granted except those
   stated in section 2.

2. Grant. If the Licensor gave you a copy of the Software in binary form, you
   may install and run that copy for any personal or professional purpose,
   including commercial work and work for your employer or your clients. This
   permission is personal to you, non exclusive, non transferable and
   revocable. It covers using the Software, not selling it: see section 3(f).

3. Restrictions. You may not, and may not let anyone else:
   (a) copy the Software, except as needed to install and run it under
       section 2;
   (b) distribute, publish, sell, rent, lend, host or otherwise make the
       Software available to anyone else;
   (c) sublicense or transfer any right in the Software;
   (d) modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software;
   (e) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or otherwise
       try to obtain its source code, except where the law does not allow this
       restriction;
   (f) sell, resell, license or charge for the Software itself, or offer it to
       others as a paid or hosted service;
   (g) remove or alter any copyright or license notice.

4. Feedback. If you send the Licensor comments or suggestions about the
   Software, the Licensor may use them freely and without obligation to you.

5. Termination. The Licensor may end this license at any time, for any reason,
   by telling you so. It ends automatically if you break any of its terms. When
   it ends you must stop using the Software and delete every copy you have.
   Sections 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 continue to apply.

6. No warranty. The Software is beta software, provided "as is" and "as
   available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
   warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non
   infringement. The Licensor has no obligation to support, update or keep
   offering it. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Licensor
   is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or
   punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from
   the Software or this license, even if told such damages were possible. The
   Licensor's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the
   Software, which is zero.

8. Third party components. The Software bundles third party components that
   remain under their own licenses, listed in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file
   shipped with it. Nothing in this license restricts the rights those licenses
   give you over those components.
